radiator sensor
 

Hi I'm new and not quite proficient at this stuff... I have a 2000 vw glx turbo beetle and lost the radiator sensor, I purchased the new senor but it has threads that screws into radiator but the hole in the radiator where it goes is smooth and a bit larger. what am I missing,? thanks Jim
