Paint or not to paint that is the question.
 

I recently purchased a 1985 Cabriolet convertible. It is Titian Red. It is in great condition, the body is sound and the engine is fine, but it has a few places of chipping paint. And Titian red is not really what i was thinking I would buy, but the car found me first.

Actually painting is the only option because there is a large scrape also on the drivers side.

My question is can I paint it another color? Or would that be considered wrong. Maybe the color will grow on me.
