Hello all,

Just making the proper introductions. I joined last week and I havent had the chance to do the introduction yet or it seems it did not post. I do not currently own a VW but I hope to acquire one in the near future. In the mean time, I hope to learn a great deal from all of you guys that will help me choose the right model, and maintain and care for it afterwards. Thanks for having me around.

Thanks for the welcome Keithuk! Spending time going through many of the older threads now. If you have any specific threads that you think will be useful to potential new owners, please let me know. I would appreciate all the help and knowledge I can get

 

Are you thinking of petrol or diesel?

When you find the VW model you want then you post any questions in that sub forum.

 

I was thinking petrol, because every vehicle I have had in the past has been that way. It just felt right to want to stick with petrol. Then again to be fairly honest, I will switch my alliances if I find a diesel model at a good price. My main influencing factor will be the cost.

 

But I will definitely make sure to post in the right sub forum once I make the decision, for now I will explore each of them and see how people like their models! Thanks again for your help
