Hey, I'm new here. I actually don't even have a VW yet. That's kind of why I am here. I don't know these cars like most of you do. So I was just looking for some advice.

I'm looking at buying this 2004 VW GTI 1.8T. I've been told by others that these cars may have issues. (actually was just told any VW for that matter.)
But I'd rather take the word from people who actually have experience with these cars advice. Can anyone tell me if this is a good deal. And what are some things I should look for when buying it.
