Need Help

I just finished building my '72 1641cc engine. The engine will start when i pour a little gas into the carb and hold the throttle open by hand, but the engine will not idle on its own. Can anyone point me in the right direction. :confused:

I'm no expert on carbs but, have you made adjustments to the idle control?

i have adjusted idle control, but the carb is not adding any fuel at idle, i am leaning more towards the fuel pump.
