Default Locating a GOOD VW mechanic and questions about Wolfsberg

Hello,

I was out looking for a TDI golf but figured that I would settle for a Jetta. I drove one and it was a dog. And a pig. A pig-dog. I stopped at another used car mart and wanted to drive another 2003 Jetta, 2.0 or TDI just to compare and ensure that the one that I drove WAS a pig-dog and not that ALL Jettas sucked. What they had was a Wolfsberg eddition and boy was that fun! That car was made in Germany, right? Are there any problem areas that I should look at? At 88k miles are there any BIG maintenance items that should have been, or will soon need to be replaced like timing belts or something?

Twords that end: can you recommend any GOOD independant VW shops in the Haverhill MA area?

Thanks

Ken
