Just an introduction...

I've recently purchased my first VW...a 1999 Jetta as a learning car for my daughter.
It does have a couple of issues...but I'll ask for input after I look around the site. I've been on bike forums for the past few years, so I know how all this works and I'm looking forward to having a pile of fun with this car...it's just a 2.0L with a 5spd, but I've always loved the look of these cars and I'm pretty happy to now own one, even if it is a little on the rough side... Here's a pic of my other toy... Attachment 3037 Later. |

It will also depend where you live as there is no green DRL warning on UK models. |
DRL stands for day time running lights

|
Maybe because he is new to the VW scene and asked why it was the lite was for .
