can any 1 tell me how to post a pic please

the image has to be less then 250KB and either txt, gif, or jpg formats.
Then when typing a post, click just below the message window where it says Click here to upload and you can choose the file off your computer, then click Embed picture in post to make sure it shows up.
I have trouble in certain browsers so maybe try another
