Help! Just bought my first Beetle
 

Hello room,
This may not be the place to ask but I need help. I'm an old guy and just bought my first Beetle. I think I made a real boo boo. It's a 97 Beetle made in Mexico. It has the worst suspension I ever experienced. Can I replace shock absorbers and springs and such with aftermarket or older model Beetle parts or am I forced to buy from Mexico? Help!

It should be 4-door, 4-cyls, not sporty. I would prefer Honda or Toyota... First time drivers usually have much more expensive car insurance, and it depends from car. You should compare insurance rates while choosing the car - for example here - carinsurance.yoll.net
