Hey all,
My name's Woz and I'm from Australia.

I've just signed up here because I'm trying to learn a bit about early model Volkswagen Beetles as a friend of mine drives a 1966 model. I don't know if the cars differ at all depending on region, they're pretty much a base model everywhere, aren't they?

To be honest I barely know anything about them at all as I'm used to playing with Aussie V8 Fords and not much else.

I'll probably only show up around here when I'm after information as I really don't have any information to offer anyone else, but I look forward to a bit of discussion and I hope that I might be able to pick up some things from these forums. I'm a member of the Australian Ford Forums and I've found that to be a really friendly community, I hope that I find these forums to be equally enjoyable.
