Clutch problems with my new CC

Hi everyone. I'm new here but need some help with my new 2010 CC Sport (2.0T with 6 speed manual) . Intermittently, the clutch does not return to the normal position after shifting. It hangs up about 2/3 of the way down, usually between 2nd and 3rd gear. The car performs normally but this can't right! I fix it by using my top of my left foot to pull it back into position. It's been to the dealer 3 times and they can't find anything wrong. They replaced the "clutch master cylinder" but that did nothing. Anyone have similar experiences...or solutions? Thanx

Yes your clutch is on its way out. I would not drive it except to the mechanic.
I guess you are in the USA.

CC Clutch

The problem was finally diagnosed and resolved with an engine replacement. It dealt with an improperly seated crankshaft. Although frustrating, the dealer and VW get high marks for their professionalism and customer support throughout the problems. We've now motored happily for 10K miles:)

Update the drivers for the touchpad. Synaptic drivers usually remedy the issues you have with a touchpad. Check with the Gateway site to be sure of which drivers to download.
