Cigarette fuse location

Hello, I drive a 2016 Jetta Sport 1 8 L
I located the cigarette (12v) fuse. 20 amp 13 fuse slot from left 2nd row down. When dealer serviced the car under warranty they either inadvertently or deliberately removed it. Discovered no power when I went to use the outlet. Note that the hdmi worked so obviously a separate circuit.

Fuse 30 20A Cigarette lighter [U1] 12 V socket [U5] 12 V socket 2 [U18] under the dash.
