About to join the vw club after years of waiting
 

I am about to buy a vw. It's between a Jetta or a Golf. My mum's first car was a Golf so I want to follow family tradition and they look great. I heard that replacing parts though can sometimes leave you broke. Does anyone know of ways to get good parts without the price tag?
