Just acquired a 1968 VW Beetle. Sat for over a year, started on first flick of the switch. But I can't get it to pass emissions test. Know a little about cars, but I've never owned a Bug before. Anybody help me out with getting this thing on the road? It's my wife's birthyear bug, and she's driving me nuts to get it going.
