I just finished the interior of my old beetle. It looks so cool, I am so proud of it!
What do you guys think?

Very nice! That is a job well done and I love the color. This is one of the nicest Beetles I have seen. Does it have the 36hp engine?

 

Yes, it does indeed have the original 36hp engine. I have placed a new fuel pump and 28PCI carburetor , but the engine number matches the chassis number (April 1959). If you want to hear the engine, go to www.bug59.com where I have posted a short video of the engine roaring!
