so i've been away from my car for a few months (school) and when i got back it's totally dead. the power locks/windows, everything is dead. i tried jumping it with my friends car and my VW is completely unresponsive. i'm not sure if when a battery goes fully dead that it can't be jumped, or if something has come undone (doesn't appear to be)? i'm not sure what to try. help!

 

I'd say you need a new battery you can take it out and have it tested. Your starter could have siezed up too.
