Wonky diagnostics
 

I have a 2012 Passat LE. A while back at the beginning of a drive the car lurched like transmission slipped then stalled, restarted and got home, hooked up my OBDII to the car and got PO864 code, TCM is wonky. Trying to keep this short. Just got an estimate from dealership, they say ECM needs replaced along with throttle body and few other things but no mention of the TCM or code. Does that sound right?
