I know this is a trivial annoyance, but I would like it fixed none the less. Recentley I discovered that my windshield wipers have two speeds...super fast, and off. None of the interval settings work up until I get to the highest setting. Can anyone give me an idea of where or what the problem isandif it's something I can fix myself or have a mechanicdo it? I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
