I would like to buy used VW Passat, but before to do it. I absolutly need to check car specifications and options by introducing VIN code to be sure that VIN wasn't changed or engine replaced.
Could you please give me the address and cost ?

P.S: it's possible to do with Peugeot Citroen by accessing Public Service Box.
