I need to bypass the lockout function on the routan's front seat dvd entertainment unit. It is a 2010 and does NOT have navigation. On trips the dvd stops playing and goes back to the menu and I can't restart it with seeing what i'm trying to select. I'm not trying to watch movies driving with my three kids so no lectures please. I need to know if i can just ground out one of the wires on the back of the radio and if so which one specifically. Or if i need one of the modules for sale all over the net. I thought i had heard you only needed the module if you have Nav. Can't seem to find any other info . If anyone knows what to do I would appreciate it. I don't want to have to spend hours testing wires to see which one reacts when the car is in park vs in gear.
