rabbbit won't start
 

I’m looking for ideas and suggestions how to get my Rabbit running again.

My Rabbit stopped this fall and I haven’t been able to get It running again. Since then I have tested almost everything I can find. I have fuel (don’t know the pressure) , There is spark (don’t know if it’s enough), start valves work best if connected to better ground, the control pressure regulator manual suggest at least 11.5 volts I only have 10.5 volts.

My Rabbit is;

1980 German built Rabbit GTI

1588 CIS gas fuel injected

5 speed manual transmission

We have owned the Rabbit since new as all family members have used it at different times.
