Hi, i own a golf mark IV TDI 130hp and have a problem. Everytime i start the engine and drive, the engine has few power and i do not hear the tubo whistling. Even if i fully depress the accelerator pedal, the car does not pick up speed. Then, after driving for about four or five minutes, the power is restored, the turbo starts to be heard again and it works ok.

This repeats itself evertyime i switch off the engine and start it again.

Can anyone help, what the problem might be???
