i have a 97 jetta gt 2.0 and i just changed out my plugs and wires... i am now having trouble with a rough idle the car runs great except 4 when im at a red light, the rpm's drop to 500 and car acts as though it wants to stall but never does. i HAVE checked my plugs and wires numerous times as well as cap n rotor and all visible lines such as gas and vaccum... any suggestions?

 

Did you gap the plugs correctly? Tighten them down with the correct amount of force (using a torque wrench)? Use the right type of plug?
