some how i lost my keys and needless to say my vw key was on the ring,car is a 94 golf, what i'd like to know is how to remove the ignition cylinder, ive done it on my cutlass when the key broke off inside,is it kinda the same process to remove as the cutlass was,pull the wheel off remove some of the stuff under it and undo the screw to remove or is it a totally different process

a lock smith should be the cheapest way to have ur key made

 

you wont get it off without the key the steering lock holds it on the shaft
call dealer and see if they can cut a key off the vin #
