My golf is posessed...
 

I have a 2002 TDI Golf. Recently it has been acting crazy, and the following has been happening.
-Rear doors randomly unlock and lock, one at a time. (Ive noticed the rear driver side has been unlocking when I come to a stop, and relocking when I accelerate, passenger side is less predictable)
-When I turn the car off, sometimes (maybe once every 20 times I turn the car off) the interior light does not stay on, if this happens when I restart the car the odometer resets.
-The brake light will flash and the car will chime at me roughly 3 or 4 times, then go off and back to normal. (this will also reset the odometer)
-The car randomly clicks sounds like a turn signal and/or hazard lights but slightly faster, yet none of the lights are active neither on the dash or the signals themselves.
It seems like I may have a bad ground somewhere, but I have no idea where to even start. If anyone has any solution to ANY of the problems above, info would be greatly appreciated.

Just talking...and not knowing for sure, it does sound like
a bad ground. You could easily make another ground, just
use a wire and fasten it to the main body of the instrument
cluster and then find a metal place on the car body, if that
helps some then add some more ground wires else where,
trying to find the factory ground could be a night mare.
