Jetta wont run when damp!!!!
 
My 95 jetta will stall and refuse to start when its raining heavily!!!
I have changed the cap rotor and wires and still, sometimes when its raining heavilly (wich it does often here) the @#$%^%$# will stall and refuse to start until dried out


I am frustrated to DEATH!!

I only had that problem once after heavy rain, problem starting> My friends Audi is doing the same thing. I was wondering also!

Probably your wires and/or the ditributer cap. The wires will usually cause the engine to run rough, missing one or two cylinders, but the when the cap gets water in it, you'll lose all of them. If the center line fails, then you would also lose all cylinders.
