Electronically restricted to 130 mph?

So, I've been trying to find information as to just what the "real" top speed of various Volkswagen models "could be." If you were able to remove the restrictor on a Jetta 2.5, and a Wolfsburg with the 2.0T, what are these cars really capable of? Anyone know?
