VCDS from Bulgaria in ebay?
Anyone had any experience with the LATEST 21.3.0 PRO VAG COM VCDS offered on ebay from Bulgaria? I'm kind of skeptical with anything coming out of the eastern block. But it's only $108 + $7.99 shipping, sounds like a pretty good deal but maybe it's too good to be true.
Working on a 2000 Jetta mk4 2.0L w/ manual. I'm thinking this scan tool might help me along the way.

I think I found the answer. You can download the software from ROSS Tech for free, then you need to buy the cables.
