Creaking front seats

I have a 2006 GLI with creaking/squeaking front seats. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

HAHA sorry thats just strange. is it just when you move them or when you hit a bump or something? if its when you move them the just lube the tracks otherwise not sure what you could do.
