I'm working on my neighbors 2000 Jetta with the 1.9 TDI and auto trans. She dosen't have a book and I'm trying to check the trans fluid. I already know there is no dipstick. I found a little plastic tube coming out of it with a cap on it but there is no dipstick on it. I was reading that these trans are like standards and have a filler whole on it somewhere but I'm not seeing it. Is it somewhere near the plastic tube? And what type of fluid does it take?
