Default 93 Golf. Hatch Leaks

Hello again. been a while but i'm back. i'm on dial up so that should explain my absence. anyway, I've got a 93 Golf. after it rains, i open the hatch and water pours out. I'll try for pics ASAP but you know. dial up. It actually got so bad that under the spare tire there was about 3 inches of water. I kinda wanna know where it could be getting in before my floor rots out lol. Thanks guys. TTYL.

What's up!!! Yea it's been awhile...kinda missed ya around here. Open the hatch and look up to see how the seal is...any cuts up there where it meets the hatch.

Feels good to be back man, and i think i may have found it. i took the hose to some of the suspect spots and found a likely candidate. bottom right corner of the window has silicone on it and theres a chunck out of the silicone that looks to be right through. i'll touch it up and check again. I'll keep ya posted.

RIght on, I was thinking it could be the seal on the car itself. Glad ya found it

Well, it wasn't the spots or the weather seal around the hatch. i guess ill have to pull the window and seal it all with some marine sealent. but i'll do that when i paint it. thanks for the help bagel.
