90 Fox - Door Repair
 

I need to pull off the inside passenger door panel on my 90 Fox to push out a dent. Having never done this on a VW, anyone have advice on getting the panel off with a minimum of effort or damage? I cant tell how it's attached. Fortunately, windows and locks are manual. Any info is greatly appreciated!
