2011 VW Jetta TDI radio keeps rebooting with no volume
 

Hi,

The radio in our 2011 TDI just started automatically rebooting after about 30 seconds of “being on.”

The volume will not go past 1 and no other buttons respond (Aux, Sattelite, etc), except for the info button which simply reads, “waiting for radio text.”

Then it reboots on its on in a repetitive sequence every 30 seconds or so.

Per another forum, I tried holding the radio power button down for a minute and it reboots to the same issue.

I was hoping someone had some insight or trouble fixing suggestions. Anything would help at this point!
