Just got a 2000 Jetta GLX VR6 on friday, this morning got up turned it on and started getting this sound:

It seems to be coming from behind the glove box, lower passenger side of the vehicle. It starts as soon as I turn the electric on and keeps going until I turn the car off.

Clueless as to what it may be. Any suggestions input or notes on past experience would be beneficial.

Edit: problem solved, was the air mixer flap motor when switching from recirc to vent. Something got stuck, fliped it back and forth a couple times and cleared up the issue.
