1986 GTI Dies
 

Can anyone help. I have a 1986VW Gti and it is constantly dying on me. I replaced the battery, Altenator and coil and it will run great for a month or so then just dies. Had a guy do a charging test and said the battery has 4 cells dried out. Replaced it, ran good then the same thing it just died. The altenator wasn't charging returned it then works good. Now i am back to square one again lasted 2 weeks the baterry is dead.4 batteries, 3 alternator later the same problem over and over again. Cleaned and replaced all battery terminals,wires and ground to no avail. Any help will be apreciated. Thanks
