1.8T engine misfire problem two dealers can't figure out

I have a 1.8T '05 Passat. Last December and again yesterday I had two different VW dealers diagnose the ck engine light. It would come on flashing at initial start up for the day and then go solid within 15 seconds. First time was very cold Minnesota winter weather. Second time was hot Pittsburgh, PA summer weather. In between these two events there were 6 or so incidents of the solid ck engine light coming on with a misfire code. It would be weeks or sometimes months between these events. Scanned codes yesterday were PO300 random misfire, PO302 cyl 2 misfire, P1297 charge throttle valve pressure drop, PO301 cyl 1 misfire, P1136 bank 1 system too lean, PO171 fuel trim bank 1 too lean, P1111 oxygen sensor bank 1 too lean. Techs cked compression, then switched plugs, coils and injectors from cyl 1 & 2 with 3 & 4 separately with not change in the readouts. In both MN and PA incidents the techs could not suggest a solution and wanted to start tearing apart the engine to try to find the problem. The infrequency of the issue and the possible heat/cold issues make me think it is a simple yet bewildering solution and hoping someone reads this and knows the solution or a possible solution. Your advice would be appreciated.

The cooler the temperature less would be the demand on the air conditioners. This in turn reduces the usage of electricity, and there by saving the resources.
