Have a 1.4 tsi gt that I have bought of my boss which was

a non start and left standing for a year.
Vcds initially said Hpfp issue open short .
Bought one of ebay which didn't sort problem.. still had p2294.
Fitted old one back and now fault code has disappeared and seem to have fuel line pressure at 130 bar on cranking.
See data now below. Regulator pressure 0 bar, don't understand how fuel line can be 130 and regulated 0 bar.does this mean pump is knackered.
