Blisters and Peeling Clear Coat
I've noticed on the driver side door that I have a few blemishes/blisters on it, how do I take care of that? And it appears that I have some clear coat peeling on the back side of my car; anything I can do about that?

When the clear coat starts to turn loose it's gone, it will leave
the base coat, butto do a fix that looks like it should you will
have to repaint. Removing the loose clear coat and then respraying
the old base doesn't work.
