Just bought a nice auto mk6 golf. It's got a nice few accessories, I didn't realise when I bought it but appears the touchscreen isn't working. So a lot of the aspects aren't working which is frustrating.
A lot of the features do work but because I can't use screen I can't do anything.

Has anyone seen this model or know if there is a way to reset any of the touchscreens?
Or am I just better of getting a new one?

Appreciate any help that you can offer.

Have you updated the software with the proper VAG ones?

You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing and check systems out.
