IR wireless hadphones??

Hi, I have a new Passat with RSE (Rear Seat Entertainment) with 2 wired headphones. Anybody knows if it's possible to use a IR headphones? Any model/brand suggestion?

just get a very lage sheat of sound proof glass and put it in the back like the thigs in cop cars and let the people in the rear have some speakers
