Default ABS SENSORS

Hi

Problem with the wifes '03 passat 2.0L petrol, ALT.
Abs and esp check lights on, checked the rear sensors (resistance), they are ok, but where the hell are the block connectors for the front one's? I traced the wires up to where they disappear into a rubber grommet through the wheel arch, and thats it, cant get behind it to put the multimeter on a connector. Any idea's? Where does the wiring go from there?

I just want to rule out dodgy sensors with a quick resistance check (if dodgy at all) before moving on and trying something else.

Appreciate any suggestions

Thanks

Default RE: ABS SENSORS

Just a note to say I've fixed the abs error on the wifes car.
Turned out to a dodgy brake light switch whichhad broken plastic inside, took it apart to see because there wasn't any visible defects on the outside.
Replaced with new one, but make sure if anyone else is tackling this that you turn it fully 45 degrees clockwise within the metal holder as the brake lights won't work otherwise! You should hear a 'click' if you have done this properly.

'til the next time...
