Brake Lights in the middle of the night..
06 Jetta.
Once I park my Jetta for the day - about 3 hours later the rear brake lights pop on. To turn them off I just start the car pull forward , then back and they go off for another 3 hours - then reappear.
Getting tired of jump-starting my car if I do not get to it by the time its dead.
Brand new battery by the way.
Any help is appreciated.
Other than that - the Jetta is a champion imo.

Welcome to the forum.
So it only the third brake light that stops on all night? So its obviously getting a power feed from somewhere.
You need to get your motor scanned for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them.
