Default 2013 Jetta 2.0 - Something's Squeaking!

I have a rotational squeak at low speeds (below 35km/h) coming from the front wheels, assuming driver side. I have checked both wheels for play and there is none. The sound is most evident when turning right, and is not audible when brakes are applied. My assumption is the dust shield is hitting something or potentially its time for new brakes.. any thoughts?

Check the brake pads aren't worn down and re-grease them with copper slip.
