Default Clutch Bleeder Leak help

Several months ago, I noticed I was getting a Brake Fault warning. After some digging, I found this was due to my brake fluid level falling below normal levels. I added some fluid and it stopped. I repeated this process regularly until I finally decided to find the leak. I turns out that I am leaking fluid out of the bleeder on my clutch line (I have a blow up from a Bentley manual attached of where it is leaking) - it looks like its coming out at the transition between parts 10 through 16. Has anybody ever experienced this before? Is it as simple as removing the clips and replacing the seals, then reassembling it? Is it likely the bleeder needs replacement (#11)? or more likely just the oil Seals (#10 &#12)?

I have a manual 6speed GTI VR6 - 2003.

Many years ago you used to get a seal kit for master cylinders and slave cylinders. You just need to find a replacement slave cylinder.
