sorry for my bad english. I'm from Denmark

Well, I own a 1992 Golf mk. 3 GTD engine code AAZ.
I want 150 bhp out of it - and be able to drive it everyday.
I've got some ideas to how it will be possible.
Bigger turbo
Bigger injector/nozzles for the fuel
Intercooler
Better dieselpump
2.5" stainless steel exhaust.
Camshaft?

BUT.
- What turbo would you recomend? I want boost as soon as possible, and not over 1.2 bar.
- I have heard about some people replacing their nozzles/injectors to 2.5 TDI injectors from Transporter. Possible?
- Also, some people here in Denmark has been replacing their standard fuelpump with one from a Golf mk. 2 engine code SB. Dont know if thats possible or it would give more/better fuel?

The very first Golfs were named GTD, the name came back in on the mk6 Golfs the same as mine. Your AAZ is classed as 1.9D Turbo.
