Default Oil leak

While poking around under the hood of the Cabrio, I noticed some oil laying in the rings on top of the apparatus above the transmission that appears to be connect to the cooling system. I cleaned it up and went for a fifty mile drive. When I got home, I noticed a burning smell and looked under the hood. The oil is back on top of that same apparatus. I'm not sure but I assume it is an oil cooler.

I found out that the leak was coming from a bad 'O' ring on top of the tranny oil cooler. The fix was quick by replacing the 'O' ring under the allen nut on top of the cooler.
