Default 2000 New Beetle Air Bag Light

I just replaced my clockspring because my horn wasnt working and now My airbag light is on. Does anyone know how to reset it or what the problem may be, or do I have to go to a Dealer and have them reset it.

You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing.
