Mysteriously Losing Water
I have an 1999 Passat 1.9 TDi sedan
Until Last week all was well Until the Water Pump started Leaking .
New Pump was fitted.
Timing Belt replaced.
Expansion Tank Replaced.
No leak is present when parked. No water on ground either.
But when Driven the Expansion Tank water level drops and i cannot find out why.
There is NO overheating signal on tacho.
There is NO water on passenger side floor.
There is NO Radiator leak.
There is NO Water Pump Leak.
But when driven i am losing water.
What can it Be? Anyone?

Welcome to the forum.
The cylinder head gasket is a common problem on your TDI. There are loads of forums that talk about this. One I would recommend is VW TDI forum, Audi, Porsche, and Chevy Cruze diesel forum
